Items Worth Considering 1

This item tells a bad tale.  Government at all levels in our country is out of control. Quote: "Corruption. Graft. Intolerance. Greed. Incompetence. Ineptitude. Militarism. Lawlessness. Ignorance. Brutality. Deceit. Collusion. Corpulence. Bureaucracy. Immorality. Depravity. Censorship. Cruelty. Violence. Mediocrity. Tyranny. These are the hallmarks of an institution that is rotten through and through. We have been saddled with the wreckage of a government at all levels that no longer represents the citizenry, serves the citizenry, or is accountable to the citizenry. It doesn’t matter whether you’re talking about the federal government, state governments, or local governing bodies: at all ends of the spectrum and every point in between, a shift has taken place. “We the people” are not being seen or heard."    https://www.theburningplatform.com/2017/12/05/what-went-wrong-in-charlottesville-at-all-levels-government-is-still-the-problem/
One of the enduring facets of bureaucratic governments is that bureaucracies stay in place while administrations come and go.  Collectively they constitute the administrative state and are the source of federal bureaucratic regulations. In some cases they even serve as enforcer, prosecutor and punisher of what they see as violations of "their" regulations. They create them based on their reading of the laws passed by congress, self serving studies and unilaterally determine what needs to be done to curb the "problem or injustice" or whatever "they" think needs to be remedied/implemented.  Hence, regulations emerge to impose "their" solution on the rest of us. They often exceed limits set by congress. They energetically pursue efforts to justify their existence and require ever expanding budgets. One of the consequences is that expansive and powerful bureaucracies have skewed the balance of constitutionally established separation of powers. Today the President and the administrative state hold enormous power way out of balance with both the Congress and Judiciary. Historically Congress has acquiesced its authority by passing it's legislative powers to the administrative bureaucracies who codify their frequently ill defined laws into regulations they write. Judiciary rulings have too often reinforced outsized executive powers. Consequently, lack of effective congressional oversight has fostered their continuous growth, assumption of power and costs.  During president Obama's term in office more onerous regulations were produced than by any previous administration in history.  This is not to say implementing regulations are a bad thing.  But, far too many of those produced by an uncontrolled administrative state are not effective, efficient or proper and regularly harm individual freedoms, impose negative impacts on our economy, and more.  The Trump administration is quietly but effectively reversing this long standing trend. This item provides insight.  Efforts to realign the separations of powers to their original balance is a very good thing and we need to support it.   http://responseaction.com/Article/trumps-quiet-assault-voracious-administrative-state?  Pray for success.  Notably, this is one of the major reasons Democrats, progressives, and liberals so strongly object to Trump.  They want the administrative state to remain in place because it aligns with their socialistic and tyrannical governmental philosophy.

Lets return to former President Obama.  He is not behaving in the manner of past former presidents.  He absolutely will not stop trying to undermine anything Trump does.  He needs to suspend his egotistical and childish ways and finally become a responsible adult citizen instead of the constant trouble maker and rabble rouser he now is. Quote: "Obama’s trip comes just two weeks after Trump’s Asian tour resulted in business deals with American companies that the White House estimated to be worth $300 billion, according to Politico. Apparently unwilling to let Trump do his job and represent the U.S., Obama is now scurrying to visit China and India before he travels to Paris in an obvious attempt to undermine Trump’s accomplishments. According to The Washington Post, the former president will speak at separate summits in the three countries he plans to visit, another transparent ploy to steal the spotlight from his successor."   https://conservativetribune.com/obama-copies-trumps-asia-visit/?   He cannot stomach Trump's successes in contrast to his massive failures and seems intent on staying in the public eye to bolster his waning ego - pretending he is still relevant but truth be known in hindsight he really was never very relevant because his ineptitude was recognized by most informed people.  Only misguided and duped loyal subjects of the political left gave and continue to give him any regard.

Speaking of Obama, here is one more of the many examples of evidence of illegal or unethical activity in which he engaged while president.  I have lost count of the numerous times he did so.  In this case he illegally used false propaganda at tax payer expense to try and convince Americans to believe his global warming nonsense.    http://www.wnd.com/2017/11/report-obama-used-illegal-propaganda-on-americans/

This is an excellent discussion regarding the Trump Russia connection investigation being run by a former FBI Director and left leaning political hatchet man with a long history of associations with the Clinton's.  http://constitutionalrightspac.com/articles/a-protection-racket-wrapped-in-a-cover-up   Recent revelations aside, this assessment remains valid.  Subsequent to this item this bit of information was reveal.  It is explosive.  Quote: "Alas, as it turns out, Strzok, who was blatantly exposed as a political hack by his own wreckless text messages, also had a leading role in the Hillary email investigation.  And wouldn't you know it, as CNN has apparently just discovered, Strzok not only held a leading role in that investigation but potentially single-handedly saved Hillary from prosecution by making the now-infamous change in Comey's final statement to describe her email abuses as "extremely careless" rather than the original language of "grossly negligent."  A former top counterintelligence expert at the FBI, now at the center of a political uproar for exchanging private messages that appeared to mock President Donald Trump, changed a key phrase in former FBI Director James Comey's description of how former secretary of state Hillary Clinton handled classified information, according to US officials familiar with the matter. Electronic records show Peter Strzok, who led the investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server as the No. 2 official in the counterintelligence division, changed Comey's earlier draft language describing Clinton's actions as "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless," the source said. The drafting process was a team effort, CNN is told, with a handful of people reviewing the language as edits were made, according to another US official familiar with the matter." http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-12-04/anti-trump-fbi-agent-changed-assessment-hillary-email-scandal-extremely-careless-gro     This undermines almost everything for the Special Prosecutor's case against Trump BUT raises serious concerns with the Hillary Clinton matter.  Credibility of both the Special Prosecutor and the FBI is in rapid decline.

This piece suggests Mueller's tenure as head of the FBI will be tainted by the fact he was in charge during Hillary's Uranium One debacle.  He is, therefore, an accomplice because his FBI knew of illegal activities surrounding the efforts but did nothing.  His willingness to accept the task as special prosecutor further taints his reputation given his past close relationship with Hillary and what we now know of his duplicitous behavior. Not only that, he looked the other way as Obama and some of his close associates delved into unethical if not illegal adventures.  He apparently felt obligated to take the special prosecutor job in order to try and crush Trump so he could protect Hillary (and himself).  In the end it is not working out that way. http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2017/12/muellers_fbi_will_never_recover_its_good_name.html  Together he and his successor Comey along with others in the DOJ and intelligence services have inflicted serious damage on the reputation of the FBI and themselves, all in the interests of protecting corrupt leftist personalities and programs.  That is unconscionable behavior for anyone much less Directors of the FBI whose job it is to investigate/enforce (not break) the nation's laws.
