Ask Kopel notes, is this not the same thing Obama, Hillary, Burney
Sanders and other progressives/leftist keep wanting to do? Their claim
that they want to save lives is a cover. They want to take over. As
history proves disarming the citizenry ensures that oppressive
governments can and do subdue its "subjects".
The well known Marbury vs
Madison Supreme Court case harbors myths that persists even to today.
Quote: "The common understanding of the famous Marbury v. Madison
case is that it established the authority of the Supreme Court to
determine what the Constitution says. From there, it’s held that the
Court gets to determine the limitations placed on the federal government
as well as the states. In short, the rest of the federal government,
and the states, are bound by what the Supreme Court decides." That,

liberals/progressives worship Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned
