Regarding its destructive restrictions set on the coal industry the
EPA's logic is seriously flawed in the face of emerging facts for a
number of reasons, not to mention their mistaken rationale that
the relationship between CO2 and global warming is off base. An
abundance of evidence refutes that claim and the global warmist have no
logical explaination. Even long standing global warmist are
now admitting that the relationship between CO2 and warming is tenuous
at best. But, as usual the President and his fellow warmist ignore
