Think The DOJ is After Justice? Think Again

By George Burns

Such behaviour by the Department of Justice as the below article details confirms what many of us already knew - many of its decisions/actions are based on a political agenda, not the law.  Consider this quote:   "Judicial Watch announced today that [it] has obtained documents in response to local, state, and federal records requests revealing that a little-known unit of the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Community Relations Service (CRS), was deployed to Sanford, FL, following the Trayvon Martin shooting to help organize and manage rallies and protests against George Zimmerman."  In addition to the ethics of these questionable DOJ activities it is using taxpayer money to foment trouble rather to pursue justice.  Unfortunately, this is just a drop in the bucket of the unethical and illegal actions the DOJ and other agencies within our government have undertaken that undermind civil order, justice and the very Constitutional basis of our nation.  Our government is no longer a government of the people, by the people and for the people.  It is, instead, comprised of ambitious, self-serving people pursuing their own objectives.
