Government Pays Communication Providers To Access Our Private Information

Check this out.  We pay for the telephone/internet service we receive from commercial providers who in turn charge federal snooping agencies for access to our personal data which is paid for with our tax money.  So, not only do we pay for the right to engage in personal communications via service providers but we give the government the money used to gain access to that data.  Neat, don't ya think?
